Dispute Resolution Service:
  • Clients experiencing unfair treatment should first approach their broker for resolution. If the issue remains unresolved, they can submit a complaint to Digital Asset Authority.
  • Digital Asset Authority will evaluate the complaint within a five-day period.
  • The organization is entitled to collect relevant documents from both the client and broker to ensure a fair resolution.
Compensation Fund:
  • If the broker does not comply with the decision of Digital Asset Authority, the insured amount will be paid directly to the client.
  • Financial compensation is only provided if Digital Asset Authority validates the dispute, with a designated staff member responsible for the decision.
  • If the compensation exceeds the maximum allowable amount, it will be proportionally distributed among the claimants.
